Head over to your Gaming Console, and do the internet connection setup. When doing it, make sure you are selecting "Wired" or "Ethernet". Hopefully, the connection test should work out fine. My router is currently flashed, to use Merlin which is a customized version of ASUS Router Firmware. It has more options, that allows me to kill my internet connection when the VPN connection disconnects - to prevent exposing the real IP Address to the internet. The setup should be identical. * Requirements: OctoVPN .ovpn files. Router that supports OpenVPN. Tutorial: Login to your router - http://router.asus.com/ Go to "Advanced Settings" then "VPN". Go to "OpenVPN Client". Here you should have a place to upload a config file (.ovpn). This is where you upload the .ovpn file of your choice - upload the one closest to your location for best speed. Click upload! Wait a few moments, and the page should reload. It will now have the server IP in the address field. Now enter the username / password. Change the "Redirect Internet Traffic" option to what fits your needs. All means the entire router will be under VPN, if you select Policy Rules - you'll be able to make it so for example only a certain client on your network is connected through the VPN. Requirements:

Tutorial:

Failed to connect to PSN / XBOX - OVH Servers

If you are connected to our OVH Servers and experiencing issues with PlayStation Network or XBOX Live, then you'll need to set a custom DNS Server.

DNS PRIMARY: 213.186.33.99 DNS SECONDARY: 0.0.0.0 or 213.186.33.99

This happens because we block DNS-AMP DDoS Attacks, and in order to migitate it properly on our OVH Servers you'll need to set the custom DNS on your console

||| If you disconnect from the OVH Server, you'll need to remove the DNS again to regain the internet connection on your Console.

You can find your username & password for OctoVPN by heading over to https://manage.octovpn.com/ & clicking "VPN" in the menu. Select your Active Service, then it'll display your login details.

If you use iOS or Android, then the login details will be the same ones you use to login to our website.

If you are positive, that you have entered the valid username / password and still getting auth-failure then try to wait a few minutes. This usually happens when you are trying to change servers, too rapidly.
