Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings.
Select DNS Settings and then Manual.
Enter the following DNS settings:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎ ‎ ‎ ‎- Secondary DNS: redacted.

Save the settings and restart your Xbox One.
