1. DNS Not Working
- Verify that the DNS settings were entered correctly in the network settings.
- Ensure your device is connected to the whitelisted network.
2. "Maximum Number of Whitelisted IPs" Error
- This occurs if the IP whitelist was deactivated and reactivated excessively.
- Wait 24 hours or contact support to have your whitelist reset.
3. Geolocation Not Changing
- CoD VPN does not change your IP address. It adjusts your region for matchmaking only.
- Ensure that the device is connected to the correct network and DNS settings are applied.
4. Can’t Connect to Wi-Fi After Changing DNS
- This may happen if your IP has changed.
- Update your whitelisted IP on the CoD VPN website to match the current network.
Please Note: If the IP address of your device does not match the whitelisted IP, you will still be able to access the OctoVPN site to update your whitelist. However, all other DNS requests will be blocked until the IP is updated to match.
