You Have Not Whitelisted CoD VPN (Windows App)
This error occurs when the network you are currently connected to is not whitelisted on the website. As a result, DNS requests will fail.
Log in to your OctoVPN account on the website.
Navigate to your active CoD VPN service under the "Services" tab.
Press the "Activate Network" button.
- Make sure your device is connected to the same network you want to whitelist.

Once your network is whitelisted, your DNS requests will be routed properly. Ensure that you do not deactivate and reactivate unnecessarily. If you have any issues, reach out to support.
