If you have problems with your TAP, there could be a few different reasons.

First of all, you should make sure that you have TAP Installed. If you do not have it installed, please install it from this link: https://cdn.octovpn.com/tap-windows.exe

You can check if you have TAP Installed by going to "Programs & Functions" in Windows, then search for "TAP-Windows". If you find it, then TAP is installed.

However, if you have it installed and it says something along the lines with "TAP ADAPTER BUSY" or so. Then disconnect from any VPN you are currently connected to, or reboot your computer.
