How to Set Up Attack Alerts Webhook for Discord
Stay informed of any attacks on your OctoSEC Private Server by setting up attack alerts to receive notifications directly in Discord. Follow these steps to create a Discord webhook and configure it in your OctoVPN account.
Open Discord and navigate to the server where you want to receive the attack alerts.
Right-click on the channel where you’d like the alerts to appear and select Edit Channel .
In the channel settings, go to Integrations > Webhooks .
Click New Webhook and give it a name, like "Attack Alerts."
Copy the Webhook URL – this is what you’ll paste into your OctoSEC configuration.
Click Save to confirm.
Log in to your OctoVPN account and navigate to your Active OctoSEC Private Server plan.
Go to the Configuration tab.
Locate the Discord Attack Logs Webhook field.
Paste the copied Webhook URL from Discord into this field.
Click Save to apply the settings.
With your webhook set up, you’ll now receive real-time alerts in Discord whenever your server detects an attack.
