Accessing the Dashboard
Log in to your OctoVPN account and access beta.octovpn.com or beta.octovpn.com/services.

Resetting the Password for Public Server Plans
Navigate to the main dashboard where you can see your active plans.
Select the active public plan you wish to manage.
At the top of the plan details page, locate the Reset Password button and click it.




Resetting the Password for Private Server Plans
Navigate to the main dashboard where you can see your active plans.
Select the active private plan you wish to manage.
Locate the sub-user for whom you want to reset the password.
Click the three dots on the far right of the sub-user's row.
In the dropdown menu, select the Reset Password option.




For Sub-Users of Private Server Plans
Sub-users of private server plans need to request the plan owner to reset their password.
Plan owners can follow the steps above to reset the password for sub-users.
